Yeah, I'm having trouble with MC and I have no Idea what mod is causing it. What's happening is that MC briefly freezes when I'm playing, then the "Shutting down internal server" screen appears and gets stuck there, and when I read the log on the launcher that shows the processes that MC goes through as it runs, it says that it ran out of memory. Specifically it said: "Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Exception java.lang.OutOfMemoryError occurred dispatching signal Unknown Signal to handler- the VM may need to be forcibly terminated"
Here's the mod list. I'd really appreciate it if you can help me figure out what the heck is causing this. The Baubles mod is in the 1.7.10 folder.

I thought it was just Primitive Mobs causing the problem but it still happens. So I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out.

I added the EndPlus Mod but I don't think its that mod that's causing the problem.

I think I've found another line in the Game Output that may give a clue to the problem
