I'm going to make this short, I have an incompatibility issue with Optifine. I'm convinced that my AMD A8 graphics processor is to blame.

The issue is that whenever I start up Minecraft, several minutes into gameplay the world and the GUI go black, I've solved the issue by removing optifine HD Ultra but I'm absolutely certain I want it back. Is there a fix out there?
There is a troubleshooting section in the very first post of optifine thread that says something along the lines of:
if your screen goes black....and then troubleshoots for you. Read the instructions carefully.
