So I use Java 7 (because I can use mods with it and some other reasons) and while I was using that version of java Microsoft put out their new Non-Java version of the MC launcher. Then the launcher kept asking me to download the new launcher, so I did. (as it suggested that it would benefit me) Although I play a lot on a great server that is modded that I have many friends on, and this version of the server is in 1.7.10 Forge and just my luck the Non-Java version of the launcher doesn't support forge. If you know where I could get the slightly older version that uses java AND IS LEGAL it would greatly help. Here is what I get when I try to launch

ok will try although if i'm correct any mod needs a java environment while launching, while the Non-Java version hence the name doesn't need java as the mods and forge need, but I will still try your suggestion, thanks for replying.
