Your Inv Tweaks is derping though I'm not sure why. Try taking out and seeing if you still have the error, but do me a favor and temporarily switch back to default resource pack. There are so many texture errors, it's hard to pick out mod problems.

Thanks so much for the replies, i will get back onto the server now and remove the texture pack and give it a shot without inventory tweaks ill come back with an update either way! Also ill try to replicate without a resource pack just for curiosity of what is causing it lol!

You still have some issue with the vein miner. And after that a lot of texture issues with various mods but they're not crashing you right?
Yeah no there was no question it was inv tweaks. I just wanted you to leave resource pack out so I could see if there was also something else. You need inv tweaks out.
