I was playing Minecraft with only resource pack and I built a Iron Golem farm in my spawn chunk and everything was working fine, I could afk at my base and the iron would keep coming.
Well I just installed Optifine 1.8.1 and now it seems that sometimes my iron farm stops producing unless I am right next to it. I at first thought maybe my delivery system was bad, a water stream, glass elevator combo, as sometimes I would get iron at my base but other times I would not. So I switched back to a hopper/chest collection aright at the kill chamber, afked at my base overnight, not one bar of iron. Went to the farm and stood there a few moments golems started to spawn.
Then it dawned on me that the only change I had made was installing Optifine. So has anyone had issues like this with optifine?
Guess I will play my old profile without optifine for a bit and see if anything changes.
Thoughts?
