Hello, first off I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong spot but I wasn't sure where else to put it.
Anyways, I've been getting low fps rates lately. (30-70fps and lag spikes with fast graphics, 6 render dis. smooth lighting: minimal, etc...) But I didn't always experience this, I understand that computers slow down over time but I used to run 100fps-220fps with fancy, normal RD, and SL: Maximum easily. I've updated drivers, messed with graphic card settings, even did a complete factory reset to it to see if it would help. But no success. My only thought is maybe I need to get a new graphics card.

I've allocated more ram if that's what your asking. Ive tried every little tactic there is but nothing is helping. Idk, I'm pretty sure my GPU is too weak for my CPU but I'm not sure.
