Hi Guys
recently i had huge swathes of biomes just voided, big squares of nothingness in my world.
then just the other day i was playing the same world (i have spent months on this world building things) and noticed that all my chickens and sheep were escaping out of my farm enclosure.
for some reason there was a new big hill right on my farm fence line and the sheep and chickens were just walking over this new hill where my fnce used to be, and wandering around outside my farm.
then i saved my game, closed my pc. then next day i go to play the same world and its not there anymore.
i also had a look in %appdata%/.minecraft and its not there either.
I have emailed minecraft support, but they are too busy to reply.
does anyone have any advice please?
thanks in advance..
also how can i stop this happening again? is there a way to back up minecraft files in a temporary folder?
i use autocad and we always have a backup copy in the temp folder automatically put there by the software.
