Hello, i'm having a problem where i can't install java 7 to use minecraft 1.6.4 forge modded client on my windows 8 desktop everytime i try and use it so i can use that instead of java 8 on my 1.6.4 forge heres what it says when i try to install it "This app can't run on your Pc To find a version for you pc, contact the software publisher" please help me as i want to play modded mc.

Put this in your 1.6.4 mod folder instead:
http://files.minecraftforge.net/LegacyJavaFixer/legacyjavafixer-1.0.jar

I already fixed it i uninstalled java 8 and installed java 7 and now it works
