I had created a modpack to use for myself way back during 1.5.2, and decided recently that I wanted to try playing Minecraft again, but this time with a good friend. I got around to updating and reconfiguring most of the mods from the ground up that I had to MC 1.7.10, aside from a few - you know, few new, few taken out, here and there. There seems to be an issue now with my ram usage whilst playing the game, and it is really about to frustrate me, because I spent quite a few hours setting everything up, and now it's near-unplayable.
Everything runs fairly smoothly at first, except for a few spikes here and there, but then the game starts freezing more and more as time goes on... normally to a complete halt in a span of 30 or so minutes. The game then locks up for about 3-5 minutes, and then after it works for a minute or two, then does the same. I have checked on Windows Task Manager to see how much usage is being done, and the game starts at around 1.1gb of ram being used, but quickly escalates to nearly 2.7gb by the time I get frustrated and close it out. I can't have it doing this, as I only have about 2gb of free ram out of my four gb.
I have closed everything out that I can before starting the game, and increased to 2gb of ram in the JVM arguments (-Xmx2048M -Xms2048M). I am running Forge build 10.13.2.1291 for MC 1.7.10. The game doesn't crash, so I don't have any recent error reports. I have a 64bit computer and am also using Java 7u75 64bit. If a forge client log or any other info is needed, I'd would be happy to provide.
I'm not sure what kind of specs are needed to be known, but my terrible specifications are as follows:
My Mods are as follows:
1.7.10 folder (Is this the new place to put core mods on this version? Before, there was a core mods folder. They work within here, but this something I am wondering):
...I apologize in advance for my terrible formatting skills.
Is my computer simply not powerful enough to run all this? I know it isn't that great, but I didn't have too much of a problem playing before in 1.5.2, and this is a quite similar modpack, probably even smaller than before. I've ran about 90 before, which was a bit of a load on my laptop, but it wasn't as awful as running 48 on this version. Any help at all in resolving this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you two for your assistance before. I am not able to upgrade my system at this time, but I had my online friend who has a more powerful system than I run it, and she also had this happening. She has the exact same files and everything, so it isn't too much of a CPU problem. 8-10GB was recommended for 100+ mods, but here we are only using half that amount, so a bit less should be fine, if the individual ones aren't too intensive.
I couldn't seem to find whatever mod might've been leaking on my own, but I did run the game through VisualVM and Eclipse to try and find it, though, I'm not sure if it's even still accurate since I've updated a little.

The problem suspects 2, 4 and 5 may be related, because the reference chains to them have a common beginning.
I've updated all of the mods I had since then in hopes that they might've been fixed, and added a couple more, but the problem still seems to be there, although the RAM usage increases a bit slower now. http://sharetext.org/8yjf
Trimmed a bit of the null pointer spam to try and get it into pastebin's limits... didn't work.
There seems to be something wrong with my NEIThaumcraft plugin, but I'm not sure what it is, or what else could be happening. This spam wasn't in the log before when I first posted this.
