My disk wasn't working anymore so I have performed a re-surfacing.
now its works. the previous played games that was saved are there but they no longer can be use. I performed the update yesterday It made me recover the games online but not the games outline: they are there, I can choose them but when I start the game, the xbox freeze on the loading menu.
