OK...
When I log into the game, my character view is such that no matter what I do I'm either looking up at the sky or down at the ground (I see my right arm extended).
I can jump in place and if I press any of the movement keys I inch forward a bit, but if I move the mouse at all my view just spins around looking up or down.
I can punch blocks and drop into the holes but can't interact with anything else.
I'm also having trouble getting any of the F keys to function.
I can call up my Inventory and move things around in it, but I noticed that the image of the toon there, is either looking up or down all the time also.
I've tried changing my wireless mouse batteries and even tried playing the game with a wired mouse, but to no avail.
I'm playing in Survivor Mode - Normal (no mods).
I can't get the F3 + C key to work to send a report. (even after holding both for more than 10 seconds)
I tried the "/in_nograb 0" thingy but that didn't help either.
I've even resorted to uninstalling the game and reinstalling - no luck.
I have a DELL PC running Win 8.1, Intel Core i5-4460, 3.2GHz, 64 bit, 8 Gb RAM.
GeForce GT-720 video card.
I DL'd the game onto this computer for the first time Friday (2/6/15) and it worked fine till I signed on last evening (Sunday).
I figured out the problem...
It was a compatibility problem with my TV's resolution screen size. The game and the TV were different sizes.
It also had something to do with being 'windowed' or not.
Anyway, I can play the game again.
