Yeah there was a recent waila/optifine issue I thought? Maybe I'm mixing up threads. Could also be optifine/forge version related. Make sure you have forge version recommended by the author for whatever version of optifine you're running.
Also, turn off resource packs if you have any running, to help troubleshoot and avoid compounding the issue.

This happens whenever I hover over the blocks and the black outline appears. It becomes normal again when I look at a mob or look away.
The square around the minimap become the color of the sky behind the cursor, and the sky colors intensify.
Voxelmap also has a square around it, but it doesn't show up in the screenshot.
I have forge #1289 for 1.8 and LiteLoader beta, my mods are:
- Optifine Ultra
- NEI
- Schematica
- Sound Filters
- WAILA
- Macros
- voxelMap
I have no idea what can be causing this issue, looks like transparency.Also, turn off resource packs if you have any running, to help troubleshoot and avoid compounding the issue.
