My friend recently bought minecraft, and she isn't very good at getting help when something goes wrong. So I'm here to ask you guys for some help, because neither of us can figure out what is wrong.
She loads up minecraft, the "MOJANG" comes up, but then the game just closes and she gets a crash report. (I crossed off the first two because I figured it showed private information.)

Her system specifications would be useful to get an accurate troubleshooting. Try the 'Windows key' + 'Pause' or just download the program "Speccy"(reccomend it) and take a printscreen.
