I recently up forge and the other mods I am using to 1.7.10. When I try to play 1.7.2, nothing happens, and when I try to play 1.7.10, I keep getting this message and I don't know why.

That graphics card is so old, it can only play up to version 1.7.2 of mc. Support for drivers was dropped by the card manufacturers apparently.

Is there any way for 1.7.2 to work again? it still won't load when I try to play 1.7.2 (the launcher will close out after I click play, but then nothing happens after that.

This is likely a java issue. Search these forums for legacy java fixer from forge's download site and put it in your mod folder.

Could you leave a link? I can't find it.
