As far as I can tell in messing with 1.7.10 for months to years now, Orespawn is not compatible with any custom spawners. However, they will spawn where they are supposed to under Vanilla set conditions such as allow the Vanilla Spawnlist to cooperate like in Just Another Spawner.

Mod & Coder OverlordMob Spawn Controller is in 1.7.2 so it won't work in 1.7.10
