so Thursday February 5th 2015 I finally port forwarded for the first time. I gave the Ip to my friends we all got on then I stopped the server to play some mini-games with them. Then we came back on and played a bit more on my server. The next day (yesterday) we did the same thing as before. I made 2D survival with command block then they said they didn't like it and so I had an Idea to make a Sky Factory 2 server and so I did. I tried to start the sky factory 2 server up and it wouldn't run. I look at the eula txt and it was at false so I put it to true. started it up again and it wouldn't run in the server properties has the same IP as my vanilla server but that server wasn't running at the time. so I gave up on sky factory 2 server and started up my vanilla server and it wouldn't start up so then looked at the eula txt again and it was at false I thought this was weird b/c yesterday I put this thing to true before. so I changed it back to true and started up my server and it kept crashing as soon as I tried starting it up. so I gave up and my friends went to bed and then I tried to play on a mini game server for myself. I clicked multiplayer and it couldn't connect to any servers on my server list they all said "can't connect to server". one of my friends came back on ts3 last night and we both tried to connect to the same servers he could connect but I couldn't. so I looked up how to solve this problem all the videos I found said to change my dns server to: 208.67.220.220 and so I did and that wouldn't work either now I'm asking anyone and everyone to help me please. If you need any more information just ask.

can some1 direct me to another website b/c I believe this problem has nothing to do with minecraft b/c I can't even play eu4 or any of my other game my computer is windows 8 (I hate windows 8 btw) and/or it could be my router and something might have messed up when I port forwarded.
