Not sure what you mean by "same error code". Exception Access Violation is an error type, not a particular error.
Same DLL? It's the intel video driver DLL. most (not Mojang's fault) crashes occur somewhere in the video driver, which when you have an Intel GPU, will be the Intel video driver, obviously.

"Evolve" is no indication of what it was, for there is an gaming social media software known as Evolve that is like Xfire or Raptr. It creates an overlay in game which is either by injection or wrapper. Not every application/game takes friendly to having such done. So saying "Evolve crash" makes no sense for there is no such documentation on such that I know or can find by asking people or even Google searching. Even found nothing on the "Evolve DLL". Therefore all I know is some random term is being plugged in as is the end reading user who has the problem. Therefore all I ask is either link to an affiliated source documentation of the crash occurring if plan to use a "name" term for the crash, or explain self wise the meaning behind the term of the crash. Given ig75icd64.dll is not known as "Evolve DLL" and is most certaintly not affiliated with EvolveHQ or Echobit (makers of Evolve).
Given the system shares memory with the Intel graphics as VRAM, the probability of the JVM trying to read/write to that protected shared system memory seems most probable here which would trigger such violation quickly. As to why such would occur is in correlation with LWJGL, which is something I cannot answer for.
Take into consideration the people asking for help here are not technological savvy people most majority of the time. Using empty or flashy names and terminology will only lead them to great confusion and hopelessly lost.

I presume you mean another I wish to be Steam/Xfire/etc game social platform by Echobit.
The odds of it causing that particular similar crash and same error code is rather strange; as well same source dll.
mafrew's crash is at a known Evolve crash location [# C [ig75icd64.dll+0x4b76c5]],
in the same Java call stack (glClientActiveTexture+26) as other Evolve crash locations.
The Evolve DLL is loaded into the JVM per the hs_err_pid log.
Not sure what you mean by "same error code". Exception Access Violation is an error type, not a particular error.
Same DLL? It's the intel video driver DLL. most (not Mojang's fault) crashes occur somewhere in the video driver, which when you have an Intel GPU, will be the Intel video driver, obviously.
"Evolve" is no indication of what it was, for there is an gaming social media software known as Evolve that is like Xfire or Raptr. It creates an overlay in game which is either by injection or wrapper. Not every application/game takes friendly to having such done. So saying "Evolve crash" makes no sense for there is no such documentation on such that I know or can find by asking people or even Google searching. Even found nothing on the "Evolve DLL". Therefore all I know is some random term is being plugged in as is the end reading user who has the problem. Therefore all I ask is either link to an affiliated source documentation of the crash occurring if plan to use a "name" term for the crash, or explain self wise the meaning behind the term of the crash. Given ig75icd64.dll is not known as "Evolve DLL" and is most certaintly not affiliated with EvolveHQ or Echobit (makers of Evolve).
Given the system shares memory with the Intel graphics as VRAM, the probability of the JVM trying to read/write to that protected shared system memory seems most probable here which would trigger such violation quickly. As to why such would occur is in correlation with LWJGL, which is something I cannot answer for.
Take into consideration the people asking for help here are not technological savvy people most majority of the time. Using empty or flashy names and terminology will only lead them to great confusion and hopelessly lost.

The user obviously knows to which Evolve I was referring since they KNOW they have it installed.
If they want a full blown answer they should post their own thread.
The hs_err_pid.log is where you would see the (several) Echobit Evolve libraries in the long list of DLLs that are in play.
