1. Logged into the Minecraft.net site before downloading
2. Downloaded the correct form of the game
3. Saved as when the game downloaded
4. Logged into your account before clicking play
Then it should work
If not, then try migrating your account... it worked for my friend, but remember your e-mail!
Once you migrate you can only log in with your e-mail instead of username
I contracted them on Twitter and they said they would fix it, but they still didn't do anything AT ALL.
I tried 3 times, but didn't work.And it took all my money.
One thing I know was I used a Visa card.
And still tells me to buy it again.
