I have bought a minecraft premium account on ebay, but the sealer says that even if he delete his credit card information on the database (there is an option on the mojang website), i will be able to abuse and use it in bad ways...
He only gave me the email and the password on mojang. (not to the email password, and not the awnser to the questions on the website)
He have the awnser to the questions because he was able to change my nickmane in minecraft.
He says that:
The details were added to the cache on the store and we do not have a way to remove it because it is a website feature. We had an incident on the first month we started selling accounts, a customer asked for email change and security question and we oblige to his request. However, a few weeks later, we received an email from minecraft store of a payment invoice of £53.97 worth of 3 minecraft gift codes and the money was charged from our bank details.
I would like to have a complete access on the account to be able to change my skin or settings without having to ask to him.
Can i have a clear awnser to prove him that there is no way for me to abuse please?
(or if he is right, can someone confirm it?)

Why the heck would you buy and account on ebay lol? You dug yourself into this hole.
You should not have bought an account on ebay as that account is still not yours, the person who payed for it has the transaction ID and can use that at anytime to reclaim the account back and you would loose it.
