Good day everyone,
I'm sorry if this has already been asked, but I couldnt find it anywhere.
I have had some trouble trying to use a nametag on a villager.
As the brilliant man that I am, I had managed to put one in a cage and wanted to name him 'Nic', for sake of puns.
I also figured it would be usefull to keep track of which villager trades what.
Is there a conveniant way to name them that I missed, or is the game missing this wickedly important feature?
So you cannot, unfortunately, name a villager due to the fact that right clicking it will access its trading option. The only way to name them is by naming a Villager Egg using an anvil and then spawning them in.

*Bump.
To those that would like to know,
We found a way!
If player A opens the trading screen, it will be occupied. Therefor player B that then cant open the trade screen can actually name the villager using a nametag!
