Cant do /title with more than 2 words

Whenever I type /title EnchantedBlocks title Hello Hello (it is 2 words) it doesnt work but If I did /title EncantedBlocks title Hello (one word) It will work.
Look at the screenshot for what it says.

Try

/title EnchantedBooks title "Hello Hello"

The command has to be in raw JSON form, so try putting two quotation marks between the sentence each time.
