I couldn't find the solution on my country's forum
When I turn on the minecraft, javaw.exe takes about 1.5GB on Ram, but after 30 minutes it goes until 5~6GB and i get serious frame drops.
I never had reached to the limit cause I feel too much inconvinience so i turn off the minecraft.
I use Intel i5-2500, 8GB memory ram and GTX 670
I use forge 1.7.1010.13.2.1230
And use Java Argument settings -Xms1024m -Xmx2048m -XX:PermSize=256m
I use current mods:
enderIO 1.7.10-2.1.0.223
binnie mods 2.0pre3
industrialcraft2 2.2.658 experimental
kp(korean patch) 1.7.10
CodeChickenCore 1.7.10-1.0.4.29-universal
ChickenChunks-1.7.10-1.3.4.4.14
Recipe Book
OpenBlocks 1.7.10 1.3snapshot 259
forestry 1.7.10 3.2.0.5
buildcraft 6.1.8
InventoryTweaks 1.58-147
tree-capitator 1.7.2
reiMinimap 1.7.10-3.6
OptiFIne 1.7.10 HD_A4
There was still memory leak before i use binnie mods and enderIO but the memory leak didn't happened so seriously so i turned off and turn on every 2hours.
But as i build machines and pipes whatever the mod pack content has, the memory leak went serious that frame drop happenes every 20minutes.
And the memory leak doesn't happen when I make a new world.
Some might say just delete the current world and start new world.Or maybe this can be a just a single player game to others, but i've been playing this 'world' for total of 6.96d + world lost and backup (perhaps 10d). And this save includes many hours of LAN multi play with my brother.
You could try updating to 2.0 pre 5 version of binnies, see if it's already been fixed. It's up on curse.
EnderIO is similarly newer. Current version is 2.2.7.325 (also on curse).
Both for 1.7.10
Updates are generally a good thing as bugs get fixed, as long as you're updating to a stable version. The issue is you don't know which mod is leaking.

If it doesn't get solved, would it be better to update all the other mods?
