Hello all, and thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
I'm trying to get a FTB Monster server (client version 1.1.1) working within Mcmyadmin (personal license, cheapskate that I am)
As of today what I've done so far is download the server from the FTB website (There's no version indication on the FTB page I got it from), extract the contents into the minecraft folder within the Mcmyadmin installation directory, and rename the .jar file to "ftbserver".
I then entered the mcmyadmin config and changed the server address to my internal IP for testing purposes (I'm running both server and client on my PC for now). I also forwarded port 25565 in my router, just to get ahead of the game when I test from another network.
Mcmyadmin starts up fine, the web browser is all ok, and everything seems hunky dory, but when I launch the client and try to connect using the local ip address I indicated in the config, all I get is an error as follows:
Failed to connect to the server
Connection refused: connect
To troubleshoot the issue I tried running a vanilla server (1.8.1) which worked perfectly, and a FTB Ultimate server (server version unknown, client is 1.1.7) which both worked flawlessly.
Is something wrong with Monster or is some critical setting not tweaked right?
Oh! Forgot to include some system information:
Windows 7 64 bit
Java 7 update 75 (x64)
Java 7 update 75(x86)
EVGA 580 GTX linked with an SLI bridge, but SLI disabled at the moment, drivers are up to date as of last week.
Alas, I've no idea where or if I've got logs of the errors.
