So after having not played minecraft in a few months, i decided to get on a friend's server, but i noticed that there was a new runner - which i tried to install
After the "downloading runtime" it gives me the error "Unable to start the Minecraft Runtime Environment. This is most likely caused by a corruption. Please try to reinstall minecraft"
So far i have uninstalled and reinstalled, and it doesnt work. any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you~~

i really wanted to try this new launcher thingy, but i guess ill have to stick with the older launcher that cestis posted qwq
