I'm trying to make an adventure map on this one world that I purposely set to endless void with the Superflat options. I realized I wanted some natural terrain in it too, so I figured I should make a normal world and MCEdit some stuff in. I did, and started building on the second world, but now it's gotten really weird. I've had problems before on servers where anything I do doesn't seem to be recognized by the server (walking, chatting, shooting arrows) but I still have 100+ fps. Now the exact same thing is happening on a singleplayer world on my pc. No chunks will load when I join for a few minutes, and after it finally does, it doesn't load any more, and I can't edit the world at all. In the launcher, it said this right after I joined:

I can use other worlds just fine. Thanks in advance for any help!

Lol, thanks for trying, but I don't think that will work. It is really just a naturally generated world with a bunch of barriers for a forcefield kind of thing.

Ok so basically you're loading too much stuff in your world I think, and your PC can't keep up with it. I'm pretty sure that amplified worlds specify that they're only for good computers, because I'd say they're a lot more complex than normal worlds. Try making a new world and see if the lag goes away.

Thanks for the tips, but this is just a Default generated world, and I can use Amplified just fine. I'll try making another world then.
