Okay so I was playing minecraft as usual and when I hit the save and quit button minecraft minecraft said "Java TM Platform not responding" or something along those lines. I had to force close minecraft and then the consol showed up.
As you can see LOTS of problems so this is bad, please if you can help me fix any of these I would appreciate it.
My PC is 32 bit has 32 bit java and 2GB of ram dedocated to minecraft.

If you have any ideas I want to hear it. Especially for the "can't keep up did the system time chane or is the server overloaded". Plus minecraft lags for 2 seconds when an item is chucked through the portal please help!
Can't keep up errors are often down to the CPU being too slow or too much going on in the world (a huge world or lots of redstone etc), what are your computers specs?

You world was damaged / corrupted when you aborted Minecraft in the middle of saving. With the level.dat file corrupted I'm surprised it shows up in the UI. This may be the source of any new lag issues you see. You need to make a backup copy and then attempt to repair with something like the mcedit repair chunks.

Wait what? I haven't played on that wold for over 2 months!? I don't really care about that world I was playing on my survival world and all the problems have been happening on that world. So if I delete the whole jeff + leon + tim world itself will that fix that problem?
Plus some weird things happened on my survival world, it got corrupted so I cut the level.dat and all those files and used it to replace the level.dat on a new world file. That worked I got my world back but the terrain generation changed from using my survival world seed to using the seed that the world that I replaced the level.dat files with. So that means that every chunk that was not loaded before the corruption of my world was generated using the other seed so I mcedited out all the chunks that I built in and pasted it into a new world with the seed of my survival world with nothing in it and now I'm playing on that world, does that contribute to the problem?
Oh sorry. I see later in the log that another world is being used. Maybe that log was just generated when the client was trying to populate the world list for you to select from.

The more things were damaged than just your level.dat. Try to repair that world. a corrupted save can definitely cause awful performance, weird mob spawns, chunks that won't load. no go zones.

Wait so it's corrupted oh no, on a scale from 1 to 10 how bad is it with 1 being a minor problem and 10 being potentially unplayable? Plus how might I go about fixing the problem like with mcedit or something like that? Sorry I'm kind of bad with this kind of thing.

Oh yeah and 2 layers of the bottem most blocks were lost during mcediting and I had to mcedit the whole thing up 2 blocks so is that why it's corrupted?
I have no idea how bad the corruption is. I'm just saying that corruption can cause the things you've seen.
Don't know about mcedit. I know it can repair chunks, but I've never done it.

Wait gerbil, I've discovered something interesting. The lag every 30secs or so have been happening on other worlds as well as servers. Please tell me this is not a prob with my computer. I'm really scared
Your world is for sure corrupted, delete all and start fresh. Also 32bit java can only use as much as 1.6GB of memory. Lower your allocated minecraft memory.
If you have periodic lag everywhere the problem may be with how you have configured minecraft. or it could come from some process running on your computer.

K thanks to you both. With the Minecraft config is it the JVM augments or whatever that box at the bottom is called? Because I haven't changed that. So then it's a process ruunning on my PC. Well thanks for helping!
Java 32/64 versions both have the same problem this also isnt limited to SP it happens on MP also. Most jira's are also closed and 'fixed' when relating to this warning/error in the client. apparently it has #respawned ...

I think I have listed all the important ones there (but I haven't listed all of them).
You world was damaged / corrupted when you aborted Minecraft in the middle of saving. With the level.dat file corrupted I'm surprised it shows up in the UI. This may be the source of any new lag issues you see. You need to make a backup copy and then attempt to repair with something like the mcedit repair chunks.
Plus some weird things happened on my survival world, it got corrupted so I cut the level.dat and all those files and used it to replace the level.dat on a new world file. That worked I got my world back but the terrain generation changed from using my survival world seed to using the seed that the world that I replaced the level.dat files with. So that means that every chunk that was not loaded before the corruption of my world was generated using the other seed so I mcedited out all the chunks that I built in and pasted it into a new world with the seed of my survival world with nothing in it and now I'm playing on that world, does that contribute to the problem?
I imagine that in your survival world
The more things were damaged than just your level.dat. Try to repair that world. a corrupted save can definitely cause awful performance, weird mob spawns, chunks that won't load. no go zones.

Don't know about mcedit. I know it can repair chunks, but I've never done it.
