I am using a custom resource pack but I have had it for quite a while and the problem just started. Also no custom cursors.

Can you make another profile and start a new game without the resource pack? Do you still have the issue? Do you have anything else installed? (mods, optfine etc)
If no issue on vanilla and you're running nothing else, I'd ask the resource pack author. If you've got other mods, then it's a matter of taking things off one by one until it stops happening. You can do that on your current world too, provided you back everything up first.

Huh. And your cursor is ok outside the game, no issues with your mouse and such?
The F1 is the only setting I know that can affect it and all indications are that something is wrong with your minecraft settings in general (or with your mouse outside the game).
My cursor works great outside of the game and in in the menu and pause menu in game.

Then I really don't know. The only things that can affect the cursor afaik are screenshot view (F1), resource packs, and mods (waila and such). If you're having it hidden without any of that, on a brand new world, I really don't know what to tell you. Also, if you're observing this with a vanilla world, no mods or resource packs loaded, you should report it to mojang (and see if there are existing reports that mimick yours): https://bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Hey bud, I found the problem, it was a mod, one called "MineCamera" I went to my mods folder and put it on recent added and that one I thought could be it plus I didn't need it so I deleted it and started mc and it was back, Thanks again bud.

Well..not necessarily. With some launchers, profiling isn't very easy and he might not have been aware that he kept loading same settings and mods and not vanilla settings. Either way, I"m glad it's resolved. Do close your mojang ticket though, to not create more work for them, for no reason.

It did but I found that somehow that mod had somehow effected it unless my forge install got caught up in my vanilla somehow.
I did not open a ticket, I wanted to try and resolve it first.
