just the other day my daughters minecraft stopped showing the chat log and it is on and the block id is not showing up now either can anyone help me resolve this for her????

Most mod packs, because they're tested and re-tested, have set up some form of troubleshooting when suddenly something stops working. Kovacic's support forums is here:
