Im not sure what the problem is here, or how id fix it.

I don't see the problem here, when ive ran minecraft on this exact machine 100s of times. Anyone have any ideas?

I have Windows 8.1. 10 GB of Ram. The latest Java update, I even reinstalled java. Restarted my computer and im still having issues

Your Java installation is corrupt. Have you attempted using the new launcher, which packages its own version of Java?
