when I recently started playing Minecraft again (love horses :)) I started running into a bug while connecting to servers. When I attempt to join, I seem to connect multiple times, my screen flashing between loading screen and map. Then, I get some sort of ghost/duplicate, which stays stationary while I am able to freely walk around. The ghost disconnects after a few seconds, leaving me on the server. After multiple join/leave messages, no one on the server can see my presence, and I can not interact with the map in any way. However, I can get any updates from the server like kill feeds, players moving and blocks breaking. I asked my friend to send me the error code from his server and got this:

In a different and probably related glitch, instead of being able to move around I get to slowly fall through the world, and most of the time these glitches come hand in hand with plenty of chunks not loading :,).
I haven't made any progress on resolving the problem except for being almost certain it is a client side failure. You can disregard the mods, I get the same problem with a completely vanilla setup.
Sorry to bother you guys with this but it really is a experience breaking glitch. Attached a couple pics.

bump.
Same problem. I'm a server owner and sometimes a player can't join or can barely join resulting in the scenario described above. Each time I get a stack trace described one above.

A double resolution texture pack that stays faithful to the original Minecraft textures.
looks like a connection error. most youo can do is just disconnect and try connecting again until you get a decent connection so the game can load properly thats about it. everything seems to be working fine besides that. you see how it says netty error? all the inbound and outbound erros the listening errors thats saying that either the servers internet is too slow or yours is. make sure youre not blocking minecraft in a firewall.. see if you can make minecracft "faster" more ram dedicate more cpu power to it. hope it helps.
