So whenever I play minecraft I get about 120fps but then drop to 5-20 when I turn or look around MODS: optifine, Armor Status Hud, Status Effect Hud
SPECS: 8GB RAM , Intel Core i7 processor
PLZ HELP!!!

this problem does not have to do with the computer it is with java or minecraft idk
