help me guys my computer is not that powerful so I need optifine to play well , BUT when I lunch installe forge it stuck in the library downloading "Unpacking packed file scala-compiler-2.11.1.jar.pack.xz" exactly ...
It's been doing this for so long time ago and I could not play minecraft during this whole time, HELP me please !!

I disactivated my antivirus for 10 minutes , it does not work ! I made an exeption in my fire wall for MC , it does not work , I disactivated my fire wall still not workin ... if that can help you , I have Windows XP

Ah ok heap space.
Then when you're typing your command, add -Xmx1G like this:
java -Xmx1G -jar youforgefilenamehere.jar

edit: arguments before jar I think. Sorry bout that.
