Glass Textures Look Very Odd With Texture Pack, Please Help.

For some reason whenever i use my favorite texture pack called "[1.8]_R3D.CRAFT_SR-512x_v0.2.0", my glass and glass panes come out looking like this:

and I have no idea why. Any help would be appreciated.
