i just downloaded a new mod and i got this error. i have gotten it before and i just want to know what it means and how to deal with it. this is it:

Lol it tells you, in bold letters:

So go to forge download site and get latest recommended forge version for 1.7.10 and install it. (http://files.minecraftforge.net/)

will i have to reinstall all my mods?
