i dont have any mods or forge installed yet because i have to run 1.7.10 before i can use forge i mean i tried to install forge and everything but as i said before i need to run minecraft 1.7.10 i even uninstalled minecraft and reinsalled please help

Welcome to MCForum I'm going to assume you're on Windows. Click Start>Run and type in %appdata%/.minecraft and back up your saves folder. Delete the entire .minecraft folder and start the launcher up again and it should work.
