So after loading my modpack like usual this happens, absolutely no idea how this even happens, but it did, so if youve seen something like this before or know what is causing this please tell

Yikes! Maybe you have a "zoom" mod like Optifine or such. Your FOV seems to have plummeted. Maybe a mod is intentionally giving you a major slowness effect.

Yeah troubleshooting with graphical glitches usually means removing one by one any graphical related mods (shareds, optifine, zoom mods, texture packs) and figuring out when the glitch goes away.

Updating your forge and your video drivers usually doesn't hurt either.

Thanks for your replies, I updated video drives, uninstalled and reinstalled optifine and a few other mods and finally just deleted all minecraft realted files and got fresh ones including minecraft itself and forge and thats whats fixed it, Im not sure if this is possible but it seems to me that a mod had a MAJOR meltdown for god knows what reason and altered base code in either minecraft or forge, or changed some value in my nvidia preferences, either way glad to report its fixed, can a mod lock this or something now?
