I really have no where else to turn, and Im getting really frustrated. I keep trying to run my game and about 80% of the time it crashes as soon as it loads up. I have no problems with vanilla except I can't play it, which is why I use optifine. Heres my crash report.) ---- Minecraft Crash Report ---- // I'm sorry, Dave.

If this is with optifine only, you may need to just turn it off. It's not optifine's fault per se.
If you're able to load up vanilla at all, go into video settings, turn everything down to off and minimal. Reduce rendering distance to something like 8. Only see if VBO:on gives you better fps or not.
If you're still lagging, turn sound off.
