So, I was using an old version of shaders. The version with the messed up looking water and all entities were invisible. I could run this 110+ FPS no problem. Then I upgraded to the latest version, All the bugs I knew about were fixed. Messed up water, Invisible entities etc. So I ran SEUS Ultra like I always would and then my FPS dropped to about 30FPS it didn't go back down until nighttime came in game. My GPU is a EVGA GTX 970 FTW and my CPU Is an i7 4790k I have 8gb of ram but 4gb allocated to MC. I was wondering if anyone else was getting really low FPS. Granted, It isn't out for forge yet so maybe that could be a reason why. Or it just needs a really big optimization because my card is pretty beefy,
I know this is late, but I was just running into the problem myself and was working on it at the minecraft subreddit.
I went into my Nvidia Control Panel and turned Threaded optimization to "Auto". THAT'S IT!! That was keeping my framerate from 130fps to 30fps! Hope this helps!
