What version of GLSL is it? If it's 1.8 it might be the rendering bug. If it is 1.8, set your render distance to 8 and see how that works for you. Let me know! :3 *hugs*
That said, that is a very, very old version of Minecraft and shader mod. Check if silimar issues happen with 1.7.10, which is currently the most stable one.Chocapic shaders, aside from the simplest versions aren't actually very compatible with Intel HD. I also don't think Intel cares much about Linux driver support.
I've tried versions 1.7.10, 1.6.There is the same story.
When i using windows os shaders works fine , but so slowly despite that rendering less then in Ubuntu. In ubuntu i get more fps.
It render the blocks and entity over the blocks and entities, like this blocks and entities are transparent.
