Cannot not even get email verification for the email address. I'm thinking this whole thing is a scam. Don't want people thinking you are scam artists. Then get in some proper support. When people are having problems with your way of doing business; you need to be available! That at least means company chat. I don't like paying for something I can't use. I feel like I've been stolen from and that makes me very angry. Maybe I should think about an attorney.
