Before, I made first one, There was no problem. now I'm making second modpack. But It crashes all the time. help me

You have issues with wherever you're downloading these mods from. First:

[09:47:41] [Client thread/ERROR] [FML]: The mcmod.info file in ExtraTiC-1.7.10-1.0.0.c051d99.jar cannot be parsed as valid JSON. It will be ignored

Redownload from the original author's thread. Also

[09:47:46] [Client thread/WARN] [Equivalent Exchange 3]: The copy of Equivalent Exchange 3 that you are running has been modified from the original, and unpredictable things may happen. Please consider re-downloading the original version of the mod.

Same thing. Finally

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: cofh/updater/IUpdatableMod

ThermalExpansion{1.7.10R4.0.0B1} [Thermal Expansion] (Thermal-Expansion-Mod-1.7.10.jar) Unloaded

Thermal expansion is what's crashing you. Whether it's wrong version of CoFH core or of TE itself I don't know, but again you should re-download.
