Others can not connect to my server? (not even on LAN)

So me and gf wants to play som mc together, we got a new internett provider so also a new router.

Created a mc server where we could play together.

Put in ip adress, and port forwarded it aswell but she cant connect.

We have also tried to open LAN world in single player, both ways but i cant connect to her and she cant connect to my world...

We both tried to connect with cable and on WIFI, on every try but still nothing.

We both have mc 1.8.1

Anyone have an idea what the problem is? and give me some tips on how to fix the problem?

The only thing I can think of is firewall blocking your connection.
