but anyway, yes it does have to do with the ruins mod and also with natura.Trouble is, I'd redirect you to the Ruins current author but he took over the mod maintenance and development around 1.6.2 and the author who developed it before that is not around anymore.However, since this is hexxit, provided you haven't added any mods yourself, why not ask on their official forums? http://forums.technicpack.net/tracker/project-3-hexxit/
