I have had it resolved at one point by updating drivers but it continues to happen after a certain point of time, I would like to know if there is a more permanent solution.

May I ask what type of graphics card you are using or if you are using one at all? Also I see that there is certain JVM arguments that you have put, this could possibly be the problem (Referring to these) Try to play without touching the arguments
I tried with a fresh launcher as well so it wasn't any of the JVM arguments, and my graphics card is 'AMD Radeon D 6840G' I was able to run Minecraft before but the past two days it has required me to update my drivers before I can run it properly. And whilst trying to update drivers I get a notification saying it's already up to date.
Restarting my PC and clearing Minecraft seems to have fixed it for the time being though.
