Not Enough Items actually does have some server specific functions so you can leave that one in. However, this looks like a client side output. You can run zan's minimap as you're just joining a server, not hosting one, and you should definitely run NEI if the server side also has it.
but the crash happens right when i open the server, there is no client input! besides, when i put all of the mods together on the normal minecraft launcher and click play minecraft closes and never opens up. thats the problem i want to solve so i put all of the mods on the server so could have an actual crash report. p.s. i think a mod is missing or something, take a look:

From what I can see, it's a missing function, maybe in Galacticraft? Be sure you have the most recent Galacticraft and Micdoodle core, which is needed for Galacticraft to function. There's also that code chicken mention as well, so be sure that's updated too.

Yeah what he said. Your ccc is outdated and I can only surmise your NEI probably was too. Get 0.9.0.9 for CCC and 1.6.1.9 for NEI. Your galacticraft and core and micdoodle are betas I think. If after you update ccc and NEI you still have issues, try going back to release version for galacticraft+core+micdoodle, being 2.0.14.1084 (the one with the green checkmark next to it here: http://www.micdoodle8.com/mods/galacticraft/downloads)

Hmmmm. I'd be very surprised if there's something on that site. It's the original download site set up by the author so should be squeaky clean. Unless you mean there's a virus on your end not letting you download?
As for another option...hm. I guess you could try...downloading it from one of the preexisting mod packs for 1.7.10. There's a couple of new ftb 1.7.10 packs and a few third party packs for 1.7.10 like direwold20. Unpacking it and then extracting the files you need would get you a working copy of both.
You can also get third party packs from here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/mod-packs
that don't have a launcher and are therefore probably easier to extract from, just make sure they have 1.7.10 flag on the thread.

Make sure to select minecraft version for 1.6.4, and then download NEI and CC from the Recommended section.

As for another option...hm. I guess you could try...downloading it from one of the preexisting mod packs for 1.7.10. There's a couple of new ftb 1.7.10 packs and a few third party packs for 1.7.10 like direwold20. Unpacking it and then extracting the files you need would get you a working copy of both.

that don't have a launcher and are therefore probably easier to extract from, just make sure they have 1.7.10 flag on the thread.
