Many times land becomes transparent and i have to remove or place some blocks to make it right. But sometimes it increases. See the snapshots to get more idea...

Those are just chunk errors. If you have to, you can do F3+A to reload chunks, but they'll still always happen. You get used to them after a while, though. I think chunk errors have always existed in the game for a long time. Like I said, you get used to them, since they probably aren't going away anytime soon.
