I'm not sure what else to call this. I've never had this happen b4 and nothing I do stops it. If I hit F3 and watch the allocated memory it will skyrocket from 1% to 99%, lag for about three seconds, then go back to 1% and start the process all over again. System is a 6 core 4.0 Ghz amd with 8G of ram. 64 Bit system. Brand new fresh install of windows with all updates run. Tried turning all the graphics to next to nothing, Still does this. I've allocated everything from 1G to 6G of ram and it still does this. Someone please help!
Edit: I should add that this didn't start till the most recent java update, but I have a clean installation of that. With no previous java installs on the system
-Xmx2G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn2G. I have no idea what all the extra garbage is, it's been in there since I did the fresh Minecraft install. Even deleting the extra stuff still yields the same issue.
You sir are my hero. I've always had Xmn2G on the run.bat for servers and such so I just assumed it was supposed to be there lol. Thank you very much for helping me. Much appreciated.

What have you put into your profile's Java arguments box exactly?
