[Bungee] Error and and 'Old' Server??

I tried to get on a server today; one that I go on all the time; one that I was on yesterday; and now all it says is

*[Bungee] Cannot connect to server.* and then on the ping bars (network bars, signal bars) it says 'Old'.

And then when I try to get in it says: Could not connect to default or fallback server, please try again later: java.net.ConnectException

Help! It says the server is up right now. Apparently I'm the only one having a problem with this.

Also I'm not sure if I'm in the right place for this. Redirect me if I'm wrong. Thanks!
