How do I fix this error I keep getting in Minecraft? It comes right after the loading screen that says " Mojang".

Basically the video drivers you have are no longer being maintained but have a bug causing the crash you are experiencing. You can't run 1.7.4 or newer due to the bug.

I'm using an updated AMD radeon driver and I've also been getting this problem recently. I'm using 1.7.2.

You cannot possibly be having a crash in the intel video driver (ig4dev32.dll) if you are correct in saying you are using a radeon.
