Auto detect utility says there are no graphic driver updates available, still getting crash anyway. Posted once before, never got response.

That's because your GPU isn't supported in Windows 8.1 because it's obsolete.

The latest drivers that will support Minecraft are for Windows 8, and are these: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows 8 - 64

You will need to use the "have disk" method to install them: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/unmodified-minecraft-client/1869598-windows-8-1-not-able-to-play?comment=2
